Reflective Light Barrier RAY-RT

The RAY-RT reflective light barrier was developed to detect the presence of obstacles in the doorway. The unique working principle blanks out wrong reflections, based on triangulation. The simultaneous detection of intensity and angle of the polarized red light determines the object distance and stops the door if a reflection from an obstacle is received.

Due to the 360° pivoting adjustment clamps and the compact size (25 x 28 x 80 mm) the RAY-RT can be mounted to the side tracks of the door. An integrated function and adjustment LED supports the quick assembly. Several interfaces make the integration to the door control and the retrofitting to existing doors easy.
